December 22, 2020 by editorpk

When you have been in and out for a while, naturally familiar with everything, you will start to care about the problem of speed enhancement. For example what was the maximum speed, what was the coincidence rate, what was the previous speed? What position do I stand in compared to others?

Here, true average speed is an important reference, which helps in observing your state of affairs and your ability to develop mountain biking. The factor that most influences the pedal speed is the drag wind.

Some suggestions below, there are many items that are recommended for wind resistance. The simplest method is the slightly bent upper body, good muscles do their best to lean against the handlebars. If you don’t believe you can try it, the feeling of dissimilarity is very clear.

Some people think that listening to music can affect their judgment of the way. But the national mountain biking practice standards recommend doing so.

Because doing so can increase the frequency of cyclists observing the road. Because music can bother them, so they have to look at the situation every now and then.

Furthermore, you can accidentally ride a fast imported off-road bicycle to the beat of the music. Then the music with cycling frequency that said it will work extremely well.

You may feel like this is a trick, but riding a bicycle with another person can really improve your cycling speed. First of all, many people ride a bicycle on the same terrain, there are many people taking turns walking in the wind.

So it is probably much better than you to go alone from start to finish having to do this job. Then, walking with other people can encourage you to speed up because you will have the feeling of wanting to chase. And you also don’t want you to always be the last drop-back.

Such mentality can get you up to speed, which works for your future imported off-road cycling. The correct pressure of the off-road bicycle wheel can enhance the rolling speed of the wheel.

So before cycling, you should definitely check the car. Because for a long time without cycling, the wheels can be affected by the temperature and the outside air.

Road bike users are more likely to love speed, while mountain bike riders prefer to explore. So it’s hard to come up with an easily accepted conclusion that mountain biking is better than road cycling or vice versa.

As someone who experiences both types of bikes on roads that match their names. I have come to realize the fact that mountain biking is better and more enjoyable than road cycling. So what is the reason for me to confirm this?

Mountain biking is safer than road cycling because compared to road bikes, mountain bicycles have a firmer structure. Disc brakes help cyclists feel more secure when they need to brake urgently. Mountain biking as its name implies is to ride over mountain roads, cross forests or cross-country.

While cycling through mountain or country roads, you have the opportunity to breathe fresh air, which helps you improve your health. Studies also show that mountain biking helps cyclists improve their cardiovascular health more than road cycling.

Mountain biking is more fun than road cycling because with cycling you have only one choice: cycling on flat roads. Of course, road biking still has a good chance of viewing, but mountain biking allows you to choose from a variety of paths.

The ways to improve mountain biking skills

October 1, 2020 by editorpk

Off-road driving pleasure is speed, the feeling of rolling on rocks, climbing hills and sliding down steep sections. Regardless of whether your ultimate goal is to become a professional racer or simply indulge in the rugged mountain roads. You have to start with the basics.

Whether you go mountain biking for exercise or just to enjoy the outdoors, having good bike handling skills and on the trail will make the trekking experience better.

It is difficult to focus on the trails when you hear the annoying noises coming from your bike. Basic vehicle maintenance takes just a few minutes and it can help you avoid risks such as walking while on the road or the sudden failure of a hill causing serious health damage. Check your bike thoroughly before riding on dangerous roads.

Pay close attention to double-check the entire bike and look for anything that has worn, cracked, broken, or is not working properly. Don’t be subjective on small issues as it can become big problems along the way. Also, make sure the car is right for you. Bicycles that are too big or too small will be difficult to control.

Going with someone experienced will help you speed up more. At the same time, this will help you learn skills and techniques. See how they position their bodies as they go up or down a slope, as well as how they handle on rough, rocky sections of sugar. Especially how to fix flat tires when going through difficult terrain.

When traveling on difficult roads, look for and find the most advantageous direction, especially on trails with many roots and rocks. Just staring at the rock or tree on the way to avoid it will distract you from hitting it. Instead, focus on the road you want to work on.

These are called shaping goals. Focusing too much on what you want to avoid can be distracting and more psychological. So always look ahead and find the way you want.

Mountain biking skills you can learn anywhere

September 3, 2020 by editorpk

The mountain biking is a great tool to escape from civilization and out on the beaten path. Some riders may even say that “singletrack therapy” is the best way to cope with a day.

Unfortunately, riders sometimes are unable to bring their bikes onto the trail due to lack of time or inconvenient trail conditions. We were there, and we know how difficult it can be.

But you don’t have to let your biking hang in the garage when there’s an empty parking lot just down the street. A stop or stop is when the driver depresses the front brake and lifts the rear wheel off the ground.

This practice can teach the driver to control the brakes but can also be a one-way ticket through the bars. When practicing punching, start small and work your way up.

To exercise this skill, start by riding slowly. Shift your weight forward and apply a large amount of front brake. The rear wheel will bounce off the ground. Release the front brake and shift your weight backwards to drop back down.

Leaning too far forward or depressing the brakes too much will cause you to fly over the barriers, so be careful. Legendary test driver Hans Rey mastered the endo and used it as a style to conquer turns.

Riding on your rear wheel over streams or detours can allow you to safely accelerate into these types of features. Best can learn manuals in the on-premises parking lot. Begin with your drip down or lower chair and shift your weight back with arms extended but not fully locked.

Further bringing up the wheel. Further forward put it back on. You can use the rear brake for manual control. However, it will reduce your distance significantly as you no longer pedal. Counting parking lines in an empty lot is a fun challenge and a great way to see progress.
